Soupstar artists help build a church
|
Soupstar Entertainment Inc., one of the strongest production and management groups in the music industry today, adds a feather to its cap as it teams up with the Evangelist Choir of the Parish in organizing a fundraising event for the rehabilitation of Sto. Domingo Parish in Talim Island, Binangonan, Rizal. It is in cooperation with St. Paul of the Cross Parish.
The event simply titled “Let’s Build a Church” will take place on May 6, 6 pm, at St. Paul of the Cross Parish Grounds, SSS Vill., Marikina. Soupstar bands Sandwich, Blue Ketchup, Callalily, Protein Shake, Imago, Duster, 6Cyclemind, Aurora, Pedicab, Ernville, Paraluman, and Manibela are slated to perform during the said event. Tickets are priced at P150 each which proceeds will a hundred percent go to the beneficiary. Aside from one rocking night, the event will also highlight the launch of the Sangguniang Kabataan’s campaign to encourage the youth to register to vote on the 2010 elections deriving the slogan, “Help our community. Build our country. Register. Vote. Be Involved.”
“Let’s Help Build a Church” is co-presented by the following: Jack ‘n Jill Chippy, Universal Robina Corp., Jollibee, Sangguniang Kabataan, Concepcion Dos, Infoteq Web Solutions, Rocked Phil., and MYX.
