MYX Mo 2012

Win a once in a lifetime chance to perform at the Big Dome! for MYX Mo! 2012!

MYX will ultimately choose one (1) act to perform for MYX Mo! 2012 during the main show. Voting will have no bearing whatsoever in choosing the performer/s. Deliberations will be on the week after the submission of entries on December 8, 2012.

The winner/s will get to perform as one of the main acts of MYX Mo! 2012 at the Marikina Sports Complex on December 18, 2012.

WHO CAN JOIN?

A. Contest is open to all Filipino residents from ages 13 to 25 years old.

B. Contestants below 18 years old must submit together with their entries a signed letter of consent from their parents or legal guardian for them to join the contest.

C. Participating acts may be a solo, duo, band or group, with exceptional talent in singing, songwriting, dancing, playing musical instruments or a combination of each.

D. Contestants must be amateur and unsigned from any management or label.

HOW TO JOIN?

A. Create a video of yourself or your group/band performing your own composition or choreography.

B. Upload video (avi, mp4, mpg, mov & wmv formats only) and fill out the form below.

C. Submission is open from November 24 to December 8, 2012.
