She has pledged 1 Million dollars to the American Red Cross to aid the victims of Hurricane Sandy in New York.
The shock pop celebrity announced this on her official fan website:
The "Paparazzi" singer is a native of New York City and is now helping out the place she says helped her build her spirit.
The singer is currently in the middle of her "Born This Way Ball" world tour, that she recently brought to Manila, amid protests from some religious and political groups.
